Steep Slope Supply is a wholesale distributor dedicated solely to serving licensed dispensaries, smoke shops, and retail businesses across the United States.
How do I create a wholesale account with Steep Slope Supply?
Simply visit our Wholesale Registration page and complete the form provided. Following that, you will receive an email asking for your business credentials. Once your application is approved, you will gain access to wholesale pricing and ordering.
Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases?
No, currently there is no minimum order quantity or total amount required.
How can I verify that my wholesale account has been approved?
Once your account has been verified, you will receive an approval email from our team. After that, you can log in and begin placing your orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through cash (for in-person deliveries), checks, or credit/debit cards.
If you prefer to pay by card, you can select one of the following options:
Fill out a Card Authorization Form, which we will send to you via email, or

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our support team as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate any changes before it is processed.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take after I place my order?
Orders placed before Tuesday at 4:00 PM are usually shipped by the following Friday. Please be aware that delivery times may differ depending on your location and selected shipping method.
What shipping carriers do you use?
For local orders, we take great pride in personally delivering them through our dedicated team of delivery drivers. For out-of-town orders, we collaborate with trusted carriers like UPS and USPS to guarantee reliable and trackable delivery.
Is there a shipping fee?
Currently, we generally do not charge for shipping; however, some bulk items may be subject to a shipping fee. If you have any inquiries about bulk items, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can I track my order once it ships?
For every order shipped via UPS or USPS, you will receive a tracking number through email promptly after your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship to all U.S. states?
We currently ship to the majority of U.S. states, except in areas where prohibited by law. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly address the issue by providing replacements or credits.
